Him I remember from the lone meeting you had set up some 10Y back in his office when he talked to me about the media business. I was grateful to him, and you, and remember that meeting vividly and fondly.
But to me, his biggest legacy to this world is you: among my closest friends. To raise children well is one of the best things one can do and you and your brother, and then your kids, will carry his name and legacy for long. You were a close family, something I deeply respect, and thats also an important tribute to him. And to top everything, you also told me that he voted right – and nothing beats that. There would be so much more to his memory that you’d be thinking of today, and that is to celebrate about his life and work, and that I wish could join you in.
The picture you sent me this morning also tells me that he was just 70 so he probably passed away younger than most his age. That makes this even sadder, but I guess he still lived a full and happy life.
