I am heart broken. I truly am – as I said to Gourav – I really don’t have the words or the comprehension.
Mama was a truly special person that I idolized – wanted to be like when I grew up. His warmth, laughter and spirit are always with me. We grew up in Jeevan Asha and after Dadubhai and Didu – his presence and your affection have always kept us coming back.
We spoke a couple of months back and we IM’d just last week – he was concerned about the spread of the disease in the US – on March 20 he wrote to me “My doc’s tell me having a positive attitude works wonders…” – I simply cannot process it.
Nothing I can say will ever be enough for you – but I hope you know we share the loss profoundly. I/we will miss him terribly.
