A tribute to a life well lived
Gautam’s loss is irreparable & for me, I’ll remember it for the rest of my life.
As a doctor we,many times see an unexpected turn in our patients but in our own it seems unacceptable.
Praying to God Almighty to give Vidhitaji & family & all the children all the strength to bear this sad loss.

I am deeply grieved on the sudden death of Mr Goutam. He was one of my favourite patient as he was always very polite and smiling person.I remember telling me that I am the one who diagnosed his both conditions Well He has lived his life fully..
